And if you change your mind after paying: you have fourteen days. Say so by email within fourteen days of your first payment and I refund everything you have paid, by the same card, even if the site is already live. That is section 11 of the terms.

Already seen your mockup and said yes? Set up billing at €25 a month or €250 a year. Secure card payment in euros via Stripe, invoice sent automatically. The launch discount is filled in for you, so the Stripe page should read €25 rather than €50 before you confirm. If it does not, stop there and email me. There is no setup fee and I add nothing to the figure shown; what you may owe in your own member state is in section 7 of the terms.

the promotional price

A discount with no end date is not a discount,

so here is the date.

The promotional price is open to new plans started on or before 30 September 2026.

What you pay now

€25 a month, or €250 for a year, and I add nothing to either at checkout. The discount is filled in for you, so there is no code to remember.

How long it holds

Twelve months on the monthly plan. Two full years on the yearly plan, since a yearly payment buys the price for longer.

What it becomes

€50 a month, or €500 a year. That is the planned price, and it is on this page in the same size as the launch one.

And if the planned price is not worth it to you when you get there, leaving costs nothing. No notice period, no exit fee, and none of the 90 days' written notice that the French incumbents ask for.

yearly maths

Ten months' price, twelve months of site.

The yearly plan is the same product paid for once instead of twelve times.

Over one year Paying monthly Paying yearly Difference
At the promotional price €300 12 × €25 €250 €20.83 a month €50 kept
At the planned price €600 12 × €50 €500 €41.67 a month €100 kept

Paying yearly does not lock you in. Cancel whenever you like and the site simply stays online to the end of the year you have paid for. What you get for it is two months free.

what the price buys

What is in it, and what is not.

Ordering, payments, logins and photography are separate work and are not in the plan. Nothing in the third column is ever charged extra.

In the price

  • The site itself, built for you, not a template you fill in
  • Your menu or price list, typed up properly from a photo
  • Your hours, with today highlighted automatically
  • Tap-to-call, your address, your photos
  • Unlimited changes by email, message or WhatsApp
  • Hosting, SSL and the web address

Not in the price

  • Online ordering and table reservations
  • An online shop or any payment flow
  • Customer logins or a booking calendar
  • Paid advertising and ad budget
  • Professional photography
  • Printed menus, cards and signage

Never charged extra

  • VAT, because none is chargeable
  • Setting the site up in the first place
  • The mockup you see before deciding
  • Each change, however small or frequent
  • Renewing hosting or the web address
  • Cancelling, at any point

bigger jobs

Some things do not belong in a monthly plan,

and pretending otherwise is how people get overcharged.

A booking system, an ordering platform, a member area, an internal tool your staff use: those are real projects with real hours in them. A small, well-defined build is usually €1,000 to €3,000, scoped in writing and quoted at a fixed price before any work starts. If that is what you need, the subscription cannot do it. How custom projects are scoped and priced.

the market

€25 sounds low because the euro market is expensive,

not because this is a smaller job.

Simplébo quotes from around 50 to 60 euros HT a month on a twelve-month term. WebGazelle publishes 99,90 euros HT a month on twenty-four months. Solocal runs from 64 to 209 euros a month, also on twenty-four. Even the cheap end usually carries a creation fee of 195 to 199 euros. Those are their advertised prices, checked in August 2026, named and linked so you can check them yourself. See the full comparison table.

questions

The awkward questions about price.

The ones you would ask on the phone.

Is VAT added to the 25 euros?

I add nothing to it. The 25 euros is the amount that leaves your account at my checkout. What happens after that depends on where you are. In France there is nothing further to pay. Section 7 of the terms sets it out in full. It matters when you are comparing quotes, because a French agency advertising 50 euros HT is really 60 euros leaving your account, and that difference is charged by them on top.

What if I pay and then change my mind?

You have fourteen days from your first payment to withdraw, without giving a reason. Send one email saying so and I refund everything you have paid, by the same card, within fourteen days of getting it. That holds even if the site went live during those days: you owe nothing for the time it was up. It is written into section 11 of the terms.

Which countries can buy this?

Any business in the European Union. The work happens by email, message and phone, so where you are does not change the price or the turnaround. There is no local office. I build and maintain these sites from Châteaubriant in western France, and the full address is on every invoice.

Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?

Neither. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no minimum term and no notice period. The first payment happens after the site is built and after you have opened it on your own phone. Most euro-market competitors do it the other way round: a creation fee between 195 and 400 euros, then a 12 or 24 month commitment you cannot leave.

What happens after the first 12 months?

The monthly plan goes from 25 to 50 euros a month at month 13, and the yearly plan goes from 250 to 500 euros a year after two years. That is the planned price and it is printed here at the same size as the promotional price. Nothing else changes, and if it stops being worth it to you, leaving still costs nothing.

How do I pay, and what does the invoice look like?

Secure card payment in euros through Stripe, with the invoice sent automatically to your email each period. It carries the ProWebLocal name, the French address and the amount, which is what your accountant needs. The launch discount is filled in for you at checkout, so there is no code to type.

Do I pay extra for changes?

Never. Changes are unlimited and there is no per-change fee, because the changes are the actual product. Send a new menu, new opening hours or a holiday closure by email, message or WhatsApp, and a photo taken on your phone is enough. Most go live the same day and within a week at the latest.

What is not included in the 25 euros?

Online ordering and table reservations, an online shop, customer logins, paid advertising, professional photography and printed material are all outside the plan. Those are quoted as separate projects, usually between 1,000 and 3,000 euros for a small well-defined build.

Is there a cookie banner or any tracking to worry about?

No. The sites carry no advertising trackers and no analytics that would require consent, so there is no banner for your customers to dismiss and nothing for you to declare. One fewer thing on your plate, and one fewer thing between a hungry visitor and your phone number.

See the site before you pay for it.

The price only matters once you know what you are getting. Send me a photo of your menu, your price list or the hours on your door, and within 48 hours you get a link to your own site to open on your own phone. No card details, no commitment, and no charge if you decide against it.
