pricing
Prices, in full, on this page
A small business website costs $30 a month here.
That is the whole thing: the site built, put online and kept current all year, with hosting and the web address included. No setup fee. No contract. Nothing due until your site exists and you have opened it on your own phone. Every number is on this page, including the ones that are zero and the one that goes up later.

Sales tax is added at checkout in some US states, shown as a separate line before you confirm. Prices in US dollars. If euros suit you better, there is a euro-priced version of this page.
the two plans
Same site, same upkeep, same freedom to leave. The only difference is how often the card is charged.
Monthly
Summer promotion, running until 30 September 2026. The promotional price is $30 a month and the planned price is $60 a month. Start on or before that date and you keep $30 for your first 12 months. Cancelling is free at any time.
- The complete site
- Unlimited changes
- Hosting and web address included
Yearly
Summer promotion, running until 30 September 2026. The promotional price is $300 a year and the planned price is $600 a year. Start on or before that date and you keep $300 for your first two years. Cancelling is free at any time.
- Everything in the monthly plan
- One payment a year instead of twelve
- Cancel any time, and the site stays online to the end of the year you paid for
And if you change your mind after paying: you have fourteen days. Say so by email within fourteen days of your first payment and I refund everything you have paid, by the same card, even if the site is already live. That is section 3 of the terms.
Already seen your mockup and said yes? Set up billing for $30 a month or $300 a year. Secure card payment via Stripe, invoice sent automatically. The launch discount is filled in for you, so the Stripe page should read $30 rather than $60 before you confirm. If it does not, stop there and email me.
the promotional price
A discount with no end date is not a discount,
so here is the date.
The promotional price is open to new plans started on or before September 30, 2026.
What you pay now
$30 a month, or $300 for a year. The discount is filled in at checkout, so there is no code to remember and nothing to claim afterwards.
How long it holds
Twelve months on the monthly plan. Two full years on the yearly plan, since a yearly payment buys the price for longer.
What it becomes
$60 a month, or $600 a year. That is the planned price, and it is on this page in the same size as the launch one.
And if the planned price is not worth it to you when you get there, leaving costs nothing. No notice period, no exit fee, no phone call to sit through.
yearly maths
Ten months' price, twelve months of site.
The yearly plan is the same product paid for once instead of twelve times. Here is what it saves, at both prices.
| Over one year | Paying monthly | Paying yearly | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| At the promotional price | $360 12 × $30 | $300 $25.00 a month | $60 kept |
| At the planned price | $720 12 × $60 | $600 $50.00 a month | $120 kept |
Paying yearly does not lock you in. Cancel whenever you like and the site simply stays online to the end of the year you have paid for. The reason to take it is the two free months.
what the price buys
What the monthly subscription includes, and what it does not.
Ordering, payments, logins and photography are separate work and are not in the plan. Nothing in the third column is ever charged extra.
In the price
- The site itself, built for you, not a template you fill in
- Your menu or price list, typed up properly from a photo
- Your hours, with today highlighted automatically
- Tap-to-call, your address, your photos
- Unlimited changes by email, text or WhatsApp
- Hosting, SSL and the web address
Not in the price
- Online ordering and table reservations
- An online shop or any payment flow
- Customer logins or a booking calendar
- Paid advertising and ad budget
- Professional photography
- Printed menus, cards and signage
Never charged extra
- Setting the site up in the first place
- The mockup you see before deciding
- Each change, however small or frequent
- Seasonal hours and holiday closures
- Renewing hosting or the web address
- Cancelling, at any point
bigger jobs
Some things do not belong in a monthly plan,
and pretending otherwise is how people get overcharged.
A booking system, an ordering platform, a member area, an internal tool your staff use: those are real projects with real hours in them. A small, well-defined build is usually $1,200 to $3,500, scoped in writing and quoted at a fixed price before any work starts. If that is what you need, the subscription cannot do it. How custom projects are scoped and priced.
the market
$30 sounds low because the market is expensive,
not because this is a smaller job.
The lowest advertised price I have been able to find for a true done-for-you service in the United States is $49 a month plus a $199 setup fee. B12's done-for-you build is $199 a month plus $1,999 up front. Restaurant platforms start around $119 a month and then take a slice of every order. Those are their advertised prices, checked in August 2026, named and linked so you can go and check them yourself. See the full comparison table.
towns
The planned price is the same in every US town,
but a few of them have their own page.
Where I have gone and counted how many restaurants, cafés and shops actually have a working website, the count and the method are written up on a page of their own, with the local prices in dollars: website design in Spokane, Washington and website design in Bozeman, Montana. A town with its own page carries a lower introductory rate, $25 a month rather than $30, and it still applies, so start from your town's page and the right code is filled in for you. More towns follow as I work through them. If yours is not there yet, nothing else changes: the $30 on this page, and the same free mockup.
questions
The awkward questions about price.
The ones you would ask on the phone.
Is there really no setup fee?
There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee and no build fee. The first invoice you ever see is the first month, and it comes after your site is built, after you have opened it on your own phone, and after you have said yes. Most of the done-for-you services in this market charge between $199 and $1,999 before they start, which is the part that stops people from ever getting a website at all.
What happens after the first 12 months?
The monthly plan goes from $30 to $60 a month at month 13, and the yearly plan goes from $300 to $600 a year after two years. That is the planned price, and nothing else changes: same site, same unlimited changes, same hosting. If it stops being worth it to you at that point, cancelling still costs nothing.
What does cancelling cost?
Nothing, at any point, and there is no notice period and no reason required. On the monthly plan the site stays online for the month you have already paid for; on the yearly plan it stays online to the end of that year. Then it comes down. Your own material stays yours: your text, your photos, your logo, your menu.
What if I pay and then change my mind?
You have fourteen days from your first payment to withdraw, without giving a reason. Send one email saying so and I refund everything you have paid, by the same card, within fourteen days of getting it. That holds even if the site went live during those days: you owe nothing for the time it was up. It is written into section 3 of the terms.
Do I own the website?
Your own material is yours and always was: the text, the photos, the logo, the menu, the business name. The built site and the web address stay with ProWebLocal while the plan runs. If you would rather leave with the site than let it come down, there is a one-time buy-out that hands you the files and the web address outright, and its price is written in the terms.
Is sales tax added on top?
In some states, yes. Where sales tax is due it is worked out at checkout and shown as a separate line before you confirm, so you always see the total before you pay. In states where none is due, the price on this page is the whole cost. Everything else on this page is the whole cost: no per-change fee, no per-order fee, no hosting bill, no domain renewal to remember.
Do I pay more if my prices change every week?
No. Changes are unlimited and there is no per-change fee, because the changes are the actual product. Send a new menu, a holiday closure or a price rise by email, text message or WhatsApp, and a photo of a scribbled sheet is enough. Most changes go live the same day and within a week at the latest.
Are there per-order or per-booking fees?
There are none, because there is no online ordering in the plan. Restaurant platforms that do take orders typically charge a percentage or about a dollar per order on top of the subscription, which is how a $119 plan turns into several hundred dollars in a busy month. If you genuinely need online booking or ordering, that is a separate project with its own quote.
Is the price the same whatever kind of business I run?
Yes. A bakery, a plumber, a hair salon and a bed and breakfast all pay $30 a month, because the work is the same: get the prices, the hours, the photos and the phone number right, and keep them right. What differs is how the site looks and what it has to say, not what it costs.
What is not included in the $30?
Online ordering and table reservations, an online shop, paid advertising, professional photography and printed material are all outside the plan. So is anything with a login, a booking calendar or a payment flow in it. Those are quoted as separate projects, usually between $1,200 and $3,500 for a small well-defined build.
See the site before you pay for it.
The price only matters once you know what you are getting. Send me a photo of your menu, your price list or the hours on your door, and within 48 hours you get a link to your own site to open on your own phone. No card details, no commitment, and no charge if you decide against it.
