I reply within 48 hours with your mockup link. No card is asked for at any point before you have seen the site. And if you do subscribe and change your mind, you have fourteen days to say so and I refund everything, even if the site is already live. Your details come to me by email and a short record is kept with my hosting provider, which is explained on the legal and privacy page.
