Why is it this cheap?
Because we would rather have you for years at a fair monthly price than send one big invoice and never hear from you again. The price is what is low, not the standard of the work. Paying over years is what makes a properly built site affordable for a business that would never sign off four figures up front.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
Yes. We rebuild it, move your web address over, and nothing goes offline in between.
What happens when my prices change?
Send the new ones by text, email or WhatsApp and they are live, usually the same day, one week at the outside. Your customers will keep asking you things: whether you do gluten free, where to park, if you are open on the holiday Monday. Send those too, and the site answers them from then on.
What if I don't like the mockup?
Then you don't pay, and that is exactly why we build it before asking for anything. You are looking at the real site on your own phone, not a sketch. If it is close but not right, tell us what is wrong and we change it before you decide. If you would rather walk away, there is no card on file to cancel and nothing is owed.
Can I cancel? Yes, and it costs nothing.
There is no contract, no minimum term and no reason needed. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal, the link is in every receipt, or by one email. The site stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for, one month after your last payment on the monthly plan or one year after it on the yearly plan. Then it comes down, your web address is transferred to you at no charge, and there is nothing else to settle.
Who owns the site and the web address?
Everything you give us stays yours from the first day: your text, your photos, your menus, your logo, your business name. The site itself, meaning the design, code and files, belongs to ProWebLocal, and the plan is a licence to have it published under your web address for as long as it runs. The web address is yours: we register it and manage it on your behalf, use it for nothing but your site, and when the plan ends, for any reason, we transfer it at no charge to a registrar account you name. That is section 7 of the terms.
Is GST or HST added on top?
Yes, where it applies. Prices are in Canadian dollars before GST, HST or QST. Stripe works out the tax for your province at checkout and shows it as a separate line before you confirm, so you see the total before you pay. Everything else is in the price: no setup fee, no per-change fee, no hosting bill, no domain renewal to remember.
I need something bigger than a website.
