Payments and VAT
Payments are processed by Stripe. The seller is Mahmoud EI (ProWebLocal), France, VAT number FR43 990 047 938. Card details go to Stripe and never to us.
No VAT is added to our prices. For a business in France: VAT not applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. For a business in another EU country: reverse charge, you account for the VAT in your own country (Article 196, Directive 2006/112/EC). For a business outside the EU: no French VAT is charged, and any VAT, GST or sales tax due in your country is yours to pay. The invoice is sent by email and carries our VAT number and the tax mention.

What we process, why, and on what basis
- The mockup form. Business name, email address, phone number, opening hours and prices, and optionally a logo and a menu or price list. Used to answer you and to build your free mockup, and for nothing else. Basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in keeping the file if nothing comes of it (art. 6(1)(f)). The form emails the details to us and keeps a short record (business name, email, phone, language, status) so we know who is waiting. Uploaded files are emailed to us and not stored on the site. You are not obliged to give any of it; without an email address or phone number we cannot reply.
- The subscription. Your name, business name, email address and the content of your site, which we need to build and run it. Basis: the contract (art. 6(1)(b)) and the accounting obligations of French law (art. 6(1)(c)). Card details go to Stripe and never to us.
- Business outreach. We contact businesses by phone and email to offer them a website. What we hold is business contact details: business name, address, phone number and a general email address, taken from public sources including the OpenStreetMap database (ODbL) and what the business publishes itself. Basis: our legitimate interest in offering a professional service to businesses likely to want it (art. 6(1)(f)). The details are professional and already public, they are used only to offer a service that belongs to your line of business, they are never enriched, sold or passed on, and you can object at any time. Every email says who we are and gives a simple way to stop for good. In countries whose law requires consent before a business email, we call instead.
Who receives it
Cloudflare, Inc. (hosts these pages and stores the form record), Stripe, our payment processor (payment, invoice and subscription record, and its own fraud and compliance checks as an independent controller) and Google (carries our email and serves the typefaces on these pages). All three are in the United States; where the GDPR applies, the transfer rests on the standard contractual clauses in those providers' data processing agreements and on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Form records for three years from our last contact if you do not become a client; for the length of the subscription plus the retention period French accounting law requires if you do. Outreach details for at most three years from the last contact. If you ask not to be contacted again, your email address alone is kept on a suppression list for as long as needed to honour that request, with nothing else attached to it.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Write to [email protected]; the unsubscribe page stops outreach in one step. We answer within one month. You may also complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live; ours is the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France.
Cookies and fonts
We set no cookies of our own and use no analytics, tag manager, advertising pixel or session recording. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie for bot protection, which we do not read. The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google sees your browser's IP address when a page loads; no cookie comes with that request.
Changes to this notice
The effective date at the top moves when the text changes. If a change affects how your information is used, we email subscribers before it applies.
Prices and advertising claims
The subscription costs €40 a month or €400 a year, with no VAT added. The full conditions are in section 4 of the terms.
Where a page says what this kind of work costs elsewhere, the figure is a range for a type of supplier, taken from prices those suppliers publish, dated in the sentence that makes the claim, and not a quote anyone is bound by. If a figure looks wrong, tell us at [email protected] and we correct or remove it.
Intellectual property
The content of this site is protected by copyright. The businesses shown in the examples are invented for demonstration; the sites themselves are real and we built every one.
Complaints and disputes
Write to [email protected]; we answer within ten working days. If that does not settle it, section 14 of the terms applies: French law, the courts of Nantes for a business customer, and for a consumer the courts and mandatory rules of their own country. The service is sold to businesses, so no consumer mediator is designated.
