Prices, in full, on this page

A small business website costs €40 a month here.

The site built, put online and kept current, with hosting and the web address included. €40 a month, or €400 a year, with no VAT added. No setup fee. No contract. Nothing due until your site exists and you have opened it on your own phone.

Pay monthly, or pay for ten months and get twelve.

Same site, same upkeep, same freedom to leave. The only difference is how often the card is charged.

Prices in euros, with no VAT added. How VAT works for a business in France, in another EU country or outside the EU is set out below.

If you change your mind after paying, you have fourteen days. Say so by email within fourteen days of your first payment and we refund everything, by the same payment method, even if the site is already live. That is section 7 of the terms.

Card payment in euros through Stripe, invoice sent by email: €40 a month or €400 a year. The seller is Mahmoud EI (ProWebLocal), France, VAT number FR43 990 047 938. If US dollars suit you better, there is a dollar-priced version of this page.

What the price buys.

Everything below is in the monthly price, and nothing in the second column is ever charged extra.

In the price

  • The site itself, built for you, not a template you fill in
  • Your menu or price list, typed up properly from a photo
  • Your hours, with today highlighted automatically
  • Tap-to-call, your address, your photos
  • Unlimited changes by WhatsApp, email or text
  • Hosting, SSL and the web address

Never charged extra

  • Setting the site up in the first place
  • The mockup you see before deciding
  • Each change, however small or frequent
  • Seasonal hours and holiday closures
  • Renewing hosting or the web address
  • Cancelling, at any point

A booking system, an ordering platform, a member area or an internal tool your staff use is a real project with real hours in it. A small, well-defined build is usually €1,000 to €3,000, scoped in writing and quoted at a fixed price before any work starts. How custom projects are scoped and priced.

The price is low because of how this is sold, not because it is a smaller job.

This is a subscription meant to run for years rather than one invoice at launch, and paying for a site over years is what puts a properly built one within reach of a bakery or a plumber. Nothing is trimmed off the site to get there.

Nobody asks you for a setup fee, a minimum term or a notice period, and the price is on this page in public. You talk to the people who build your site, not an account manager or a support queue, which is the thing agencies charge more for and still cannot hand you.

Your customers will tell you what is missing. Three people a week ask whether you do gluten free, or where to park, or if you are open on Sunday. Send that to us and it is on the site, usually the same day. A site built once cannot do that, and it is the whole reason this is a monthly plan.

The price is the same in every country.

Wherever in Europe your business is, the plan costs the same and it is charged in euros. If your account is in euros there is no conversion and no foreign-transaction charge at your end. The checkout shows the total before you confirm, and the invoice comes by email with our VAT number and the tax mention.

No VAT is added to the price. For a business in France, VAT is not applicable under art. 293 B du CGI. For a business in another EU country, the reverse charge applies: you account for the VAT in your own country (Article 196, Directive 2006/112/EC). For a business outside the EU, no French VAT is charged, and any VAT, GST or sales tax due in your country is yours to pay.

The awkward questions about price.

Is there really no setup fee?

There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee and no build fee. The first invoice you ever see is the first month, and it comes after your site is built, after you have opened it on your own phone, and after you have said yes. The money that has to be found before a site exists is what stops most small businesses from ever getting one, and there is none of it here.

What does cancelling cost?

Nothing, at any point, and there is no notice period and no reason required. On the monthly plan the site stays online for the month you have already paid for; on the yearly plan it stays online to the end of that year. Then it comes down. Your own material stays yours: your text, your photos, your logo, your menu.

What if I pay and then change my mind?

You have fourteen days from your first payment to withdraw, without giving a reason. Send one email saying so and we refund everything you have paid, by the same payment method, within fourteen days of getting it. That holds even if the site went live during those days: you owe nothing for the time it was up. It is written into section 7 of the terms.

Do I own the website?

Your own material is yours and always was: the text, the photos, the logo, the menu, the business name. The built site stays with ProWebLocal while the plan runs. The web address is yours, and when the plan ends, for any reason, we transfer it at no charge to an account you name. That is section 8 of the terms.

Is VAT added to the price?

No. €40 a month is the whole amount we charge, and no VAT is added to it. The invoice comes by email with our VAT number and the tax mention, and there is no setup fee waiting to appear later.

Do I pay more if my prices change every week?

No. Changes are unlimited and there is no per-change fee, because the changes are the actual product. Send a new menu, a holiday closure or a price rise by WhatsApp, email or text, and a photo of a scribbled sheet is enough. Most changes go live the same day and within a week at the latest. It is not only prices. When the same question comes in three times in a week, whether you take cards, whether you deliver, whether there is step-free access, send it over too and the site answers it from then on, which is the part a site built once and handed over cannot do.

Are there per-order or per-booking fees?

There are none, because there is no online ordering in the plan. The subscription is the whole bill, whether the site brings you two enquiries in a quiet week or fifty in a busy one. If you genuinely need online booking or ordering, that is a separate project with its own quote.

Is the price the same whatever kind of business I run?

Yes. A bakery, a plumber, a hair salon and a guesthouse all pay the same price, because the work is the same: get the prices, the hours, the photos and the phone number right, and keep them right. What differs is how the site looks and what it has to say, not what it costs.

See the site before you pay for it.

Send a photo of your menu, your price list or the hours on your door. A link to your own site comes back to open on your own phone, usually within a few days and a week at the outside. No card details, no commitment.
