Seller: Mahmoud EI (ProWebLocal), France. VAT number: FR43 990 047 938. Prices in euros. No VAT is added, so the amount shown is the amount charged. Businesses in other EU countries: reverse charge, you account for the VAT in your own country (Article 196, Directive 2006/112/EC). Businesses outside the EU: no French VAT is charged, and any VAT, GST or sales tax due in your country is yours to pay. Businesses in France: VAT not applicable (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI). Payments are processed by Stripe, and card details go to Stripe and never to us. Cancelling is free at any point. The site stays online to the end of the month or the year you have paid for, then comes down. If you change your mind after paying you have fourteen days: say so by email within fourteen days of your first payment and we refund everything, even if the site is already live. That is section 7 of the terms.
What happens next.
You pay
Card payment in euros through Stripe. The invoice comes to you by email, with our VAT number and the tax mention. Use the same email address as your mockup, so we know which site to put online. If someone else pays for you, write to [email protected] with your business name.
We put it online
We point your web address at the site, fit the certificate and set you up for Google. Live within a week of your payment, usually sooner.
Your site is live
Every change after that is included. Send the new prices or hours and they are up, usually the same day.
